Licensed Esthetician

We’re looking for a licensed or newly licensed Skin Therapist who loves skincare, cares about creating an exceptional client experience and wants to grow in a creative, team-focused beauty and wellness environment.

Whether you already have hands-on experience or you’re newly licensed and ready to build your skills, we’re interested in meeting people with professionalism, curiosity and a genuine desire to keep learning.

WHAT YOU KNOW + WHAT YOU’LL GROW

Skin Therapists should have experience in or a working knowledge of:

• Customized facial treatments
• Skin analysis and client consultation
• Exfoliation and resurfacing treatments
• Facial massage techniques
• Hydration and restorative treatments
• Acne-focused and corrective skincare
• Facial and body waxing
• Brow shaping and enhancement
• Safe use of professional skincare products and equipment
• Home-care and product recommendations

We value strong foundational skills, a thoughtful approach to client care and a commitment to continued education. We’re willing to train the right person, and additional techniques can be developed through ongoing education, coaching and hands-on learning.

YOU’LL SHINE IF…

• You’re licensed or newly licensed in New Jersey
• You genuinely love skincare and enjoy learning about new products, ingredients and techniques
• You have experience with — or are excited to learn — advanced services such as Hydrafacial treatments, derma–planing and galvanic treatments
• You care about the details and believe the client experience matters as much as the treatment itself
• You’re warm, professional and comfortable building relationships with clients
• You enjoy educating clients and helping them understand their skin
• You’re confident recommending treatments and home-care products based on individual needs
• You’re open to coaching, feedback and continued education
• You’re reliable, organized and respectful of your schedule, clients and teammates
• You’re excited to build relationships, grow a loyal clientele and continue developing your career
