Arvo Café is part of the Coterie experience — a place where great drinks, thoughtful hospitality and good energy come together.

As an Arvo Café Associate, you’ll prepare drinks and café offerings, connect with guests and help create a welcoming experience for salon guests, café customers and the team around you.

Experience is great, but personality matters. If you’re friendly, dependable and excited to learn, we’re willing to train the right person.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN + DO

• Greet guests and take café orders
• Prepare coffee, espresso and specialty drinks
• Learn recipes, ingredients and menu offerings
• Deliver café orders throughout Coterie
• Process orders and payments accurately
• Keep the café clean, stocked and ready
• Restock supplies and help manage inventory
• Follow food safety, sanitation and cleaning standards
• Support opening and closing routines
• Learn seasonal offerings and help guests discover something new
• Jump in and support the guest experience wherever needed
