CO-ARTISAN

Refine Your Craft. Build Your Clientele. Grow Into What’s Next.

The Co-Artisan role is designed for licensed beauty professionals who already have some salon experience and are ready to take their skills and career to the next level.

You’ll work one-on-one with a Master Artisan/Mentor to refine your craft through hands-on coaching, real experience and advanced education.

As you grow, you’ll begin taking your own clients one or two days each week — giving you a supported launch onto the floor and time to build your clientele before transitioning fully into your role as a Hair Artisan.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN + DO

• Work one-on-one with a Master Artisan/Mentor
• Refine your skills in cutting, color, styling and consultation
• Learn advanced techniques through hands-on experience
• Begin building and caring for your own clientele
• Take clients independently on designated floor days
• Continue developing product knowledge and home-care recommendations
• Complete ongoing in-house education and skill development
• Help guide Protégés as they learn the foundations of salon life and guest care

As you learn from your Mentor, you’ll also help Protégés master the foundations you’ve already learned.

It’s how knowledge gets shared, confidence gets built and everyone keeps moving forward.

Co-Artisans complete their in-house education and skill development at this level before moving fully onto the floor as a Hair Artisan.
