Our Protégé role is designed for students who want real salon experience while learning the foundations of their craft.

You don’t need to be licensed yet, but you must have the appropriate student permit. You’ll work alongside our Hair Artisans, support the salon floor and take part in ongoing in-house education.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN + DO

• Support Hair Artisans throughout the guest experience
• Greet and care for guests
• Learn professional products, treatments and color
• Assist with shampoos, treatments and color services within your permitted scope
• Help keep stations and technical areas clean, stocked and ready
• Help check in inventory and scan out professional backbar products
• Keep retail shelves clean, organized and stocked
• Work with the Hair, Wash House and Concierge teams
• Attend ongoing education and hands-on learning
