Finalizing Your Reservations

We’re pleased that you have decided to spend your wedding day with us and are ready to set up your salon reservations. The purpose of this agreement is to confirm the services reserved for you and your wedding party by Coterie 17, as well as determine the deposit and payments to secure those reservations. This agreement, and a 50% deposit, must be completed and secured to hold all of the reservations requested.

No charges, other than the deposit, will be made to your credit card until 30 days prior to the date your scheduled services are due to be performed. Our cancellation policy requires (30) days advance notice. In the event that a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the scheduled dates, all reservations will be charged the full cost of services scheduled. Cancellations made prior to the 30 days will result in an admin fee of 25%. Reservations booked within 30 days of the event must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Special Notes for the Bride and her Wedding Party
  • Please arrive for your services on time, at the same time.
  • Please be considerate of our guests who are scheduled after you.
  • Please arrive for your appointment with dry, clean hair.
  • When necessary, a shampoo may be done at the salon by the stylist, however, more time will be required prior to the reserved appointment time.
  • Wearing a button down shirt is suggested.
  • Please let us know if you have any special needs!
