WHAT YOU KNOW + WHAT YOU’LL GROW

Nail Artists should have experience in or a working knowledge of:

• Natural nail manicures and pedicures
• Gel manicures and gel polish application
• Artificial nail services and enhancements
• Gel-X extensions
• Nail shaping and detailed cuticle care
• Nail art and creative design
• Safe product removal and nail maintenance
• Client consultation and home-care recommendations

We value strong foundational skills, attention to detail and a commitment to continued education. We’re willing to train the right person, and additional techniques can be developed through ongoing education, coaching and hands-on learning.

You are:

• Licensed or newly licensed in New Jersey for the services you will perform
• Knowledgeable in sanitation, disinfection and safe service practices
• Comfortable working with natural nails and interested in artificial nail services and enhancements
• Familiar with, experienced in or excited to develop skills in Gel-X and nail art
• Detail-oriented and committed to consistent, beautiful work
• Warm, professional and comfortable connecting with clients
• Open to coaching, feedback and continued education
• Reliable, organized and respectful of your schedule, clients and teammates
