At Coterie, we’re committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment for all guests. Please take a moment to review our guest standards to help ensure the best possible experience.

Reservations

Your reservation is especially for you but we know that life can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least:

  • 24 hours notice for reservations lasting under two hours
  • 36 hours notice for reservations lasting over two hours or including multiple services

The fine print.

    • Cancellations with less than 24 or 36 hours’ notice (dependent on service type): 50% of scheduled service fee
    • No-shows: 100% of scheduled service fee
    • A credit card is required to hold all reservations

Same Day Services

Feeling spontaneous? We love that energy. If reservations aren’t your style, no worries—we’ve got you. Just give our concierge team a call at (609) 259-5952 on the day you’re hoping to come in, and we’ll do everything we can to make it happen. While we may not be able to guarantee your go-to artisan, rest assured—we’ll move mountains to fit you in and ensure you have an amazing experience.

We’ll always aim to match you with your preferred service provider when possible, but please note that availability—especially during peak times—can be limited. If we're fully booked, we’ll find the soonest, best-fit opening for you.

When you book same-day, No-shows and cancellations policy are far less likely to come into play. It’s all about easy, flexible beauty—perfect for when you’re feeling spontaneous and ready for self-care on your terms.


Running Late?

If you're running behind, please give us a call. We’ll do our best to adjust while respecting the schedules of other guests. Depending on your arrival time, we may need to modify or reschedule your service.


Reservation Confirmations

You’ll receive a reminder via text or email three business days before your reservation. A quick confirmation helps us keep things running smoothly — but if we don’t hear from you, we’ll take it as a “see you soon!” and consider your reservation confirmed.

Need to make a change? No problem — you can reschedule online or call our concierge team at (609) 259-5952. Just be sure to let us know at least 24 hours (or 36 hours depending on reservation type) in advance to avoid any cancellation or no-show fees.


We see you...

We love when our guests show up in style — designer bags, fabulous shoes, statement jewelry — we see you! But services and luxury pieces don’t always mix. Color splashes, water drips, or the occasional product spill can happen.

For your visit, we recommend opting for comfort over couture. Think easy-to-change clothes and leave the valuables safe at home. You’ll still look fabulous — and your favorite outfit will thank you.

Children at Coterie

We adore children, but for safety reasons and the comfort of all guests, children must be supervised at all times and may not be on our service floor while you receive your service.

Our environment includes hot tools, sharp instruments, and chemicals that can pose risks. To maintain a safe space for everyone, children are not permitted to be unsupervised at any time. Thank you for understanding.

Our service areas are designed to be warm, welcoming, and focused on delivering exceptional experiences. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, please silence your phone and keep conversations respectful of those around you. We’re all about good energy and great service.


Service Pricing

Every head of hair is different — texture, length, and density can all impact the time and product needed. If your service requires a bit more of either, an additional investment may apply.

That’s why we always begin with a quick consultation — just to make sure we’re delivering exactly what you came in for. Want to talk more? We’re happy to walk you through investment costs, maintenance, at-home care, or anything else you’re curious about.


Payments

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay
  • Personal Checks (Please note: returned checks are subject to a returned check fee). More than one returned check may require a credit card on file for future appointments.
  • Cash

Payment can be made at the Concierge desk or through our mobile checkout system.


Your Happiness Is Our Priority

Product Exchanges Need to make a swap? Unopened and unused products purchased at Coterie can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Our team is always happy to help you find the right fit for your hair, skin, or style goals.

Service Satisfaction If you’re not fully satisfied with your service, please contact us within 72 hours. We’re committed to making it right and will happily provide an adjustment as needed. Services are guaranteed when used in combination with recommended home care.
